1. I am travelling with children. Will this affect my reservation?

We welcome all guests, including children. Children under the age of three stay free of charge


2. How can I modify a reservation that was made on your website?

We do not provide modification of reservation through our website. However, you can always contact us if you need any help about reservation


3. How can I get a confirmation about our reservation?

We will send an e-mail to you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. Please wait until the confirmation of reservation before coming. However, at any time you may contact us at the number on the web site to get the confirmation


4. How do I make special requests for my reservation? For example, if I am late
for check-in?

Please contact us via email or phone if you have any specific questions


5. When do I need to do to reserve my accommodation before coming?

It is always good if you reserve your accommodation earlier. Otherwise, the required accommodation might not be available


6. What is the check-in and check-out time?

The check-in and check-out time is 12:00pm every day


7. In which currency should I pay?

We accept cash in Canadian dollars


8. Can I stay for less than three (3) nights?

Yes, you can stay for less than three (3) nights. However, the daily rate would be different depending on the type of room and number of days of your stay.

Are there any parking lots?

Yes, there is free parking available.

What about if I have an over night friend at my accommodation?

You will have to pay for any over night guests and inform us in advance.

 

11. Is there a cancellation fee if I  cancel my reservation?

Yes, there is a charge of CDN$50 if you cancel your reservation.

 

12. Is there any refund if I have to make an early check-out?

Unfortunately, there is no refund after check-in.
